Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 7 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or other technical related field.
- Experience developing Generative AI based solutions and applying model specialization techniques (SFT, RLHF).
- Technical leadership experience.
- Knowledge of machine learning and its applications.
- Familiarity with development process focused on quality evaluation and improvements of model outputs.

Responsibilities
- Assess technological fit of Generative AI innovations to market needs of Cloud customers across a wide range of industries.
- Prototype and iterate on the solution working closely with customers, product management, and business development.
- Design new systems and algorithms utilizing existing pre-trained models and training new models by defining training/evaluation sets and objectives.
- Build alignment among multiple teams to build a complex solution.
- Own quality evaluation of model outputs and plan and execute strategy of model quality improvements.
