Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
1 year of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
Nice to haves:
Experience working in a cross-functional team with Product Manager (PM), User Experience (UX), User Experience Researcher (UXR), and Business Development (BD).
Knowledge of sustainability, user experience, and product excellence.
What you'll be doing:
Develop product or system code.
Lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide among available technologies.
Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Identify the best way to contribute to the codebase and products.
