Senior Software Engineer, Google Meet

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
• 3 years of experience with Machine Learning (ML) infrastructure.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience in developing software systems in modern C++.

Nice to haves:

• Experience in Audio processing/Echo cancellation/ or Video streaming.
• Knowledge of coding with Python.

What you'll be doing:

• Build a complete understanding of perceived video quality and identify opportunities for the application of AI/ML.
• Develop ML models and the application of AI for video quality enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Meet Media teams for the integration of video processing solutions into production.
