Systems Development Engineer, Customer Training, Google Cloud

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with systems automation, design, and implementation.
• Experience in TCP/IP and networking concepts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 2 security clearance.

Nice to haves:

• Experience as a Customer Solution Engineer.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Scripting knowledge for automation tasks.
• Physical server, storage, and network devices knowledge.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
• Strong relationship-building and customer empathy skills.

• Develop high-quality training materials for different delivery formats.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and "train-the-trainer" programs.
• Identify and tailor customer training needs.
