Requirements

Medical Degree and completion of accredited residency/fellowship or equivalent practical experience
5 years of work based experience with designing and leading research programs in the AI for health space
Experience in the provision of patient care

Certified in Advanced training medical speciality
Experience working in dynamic, ambiguous environments with cross-functional product development teams
Experience working with partners, including C-suite leaders, Key Opinion Formers and policy makers
Experience in speaking to external audiences
Experience in working with AI and health in the private sector
Experience in health related generative AI research

Use your AI and research expertise to provide clinical leadership to teams across Google, contributing both to overarching direction as well as to individual product and research roadmaps
Use clinical and domain expertise to provide clinical leadership, guidance, insights and direction on Google’s health focused AI research projects, working in a embedded model with research, engineering, UX/UXR, product and partnerships teams
Identify relevant clinical guidelines, evidence-based practices, and use cases related to the development and evaluation of AI models and use these to influence research and product development
Respond to the needs of the business and projects prioritizing effort effectively working in a portfolio environment to bring your expertise to a range of endeavors
