Customer Engineer, Financial Services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure engineering, on-premise infrastructure engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Experience in or supporting the Financial Services Industry.

Nice to haves:

• Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
• Experience with security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing.
• Experience with networking concepts such as software-defined networking, routing, virtual private networks, load balancers, and firewalls.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
• Share cloud adoption, enterprise infrastructure, or application modernization knowledge.
• Guide customers through assessments of existing legacy application environments.
• Recommend integration and migration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure.
