Software Engineer II, iOS Privacy Primitives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 1 year of experience with iOS application development.

Nice to haves:

• Experience working within Google's development environment (tools, codebase, systems).
• Understanding of iOS frameworks, design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

• Transform well-defined engineering design into elegant and performant iOS solutions.
• Stay current on iOS development advancements, best practices, and regulatory trends, applying this knowledge to enhance privacy offerings.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and Android and Web engineers to ensure seamless integration of consent experiences across Google products.
