Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in Dense Wave-Division Multiplexing (DWDM) or TCP/IP or system design operations methodology.
Experience with fiber types and their application, physical fiber characteristics, and standard testing tools (e.g., OSA, BERT, OTDR).
Experience in telecommunications, particularly at carrier class scale and with optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer2/3 routers and data services.
Nice to haves:
Experience in developing and implementing automation solutions for network deployment or similar processes.
Experience with process improvement or process engineering methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Experience in telecommunications, particularly at scale with a strong working knowledge of large network infrastructure, optical transport systems, routers, third-party leased network assets and installation vendors.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, lead technical projects, prioritize and manage project timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
