Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution of Infrastructure issues (e.g., Network, Storage, Servers, OS, Kubernetes, etc.).
Interact with customers as well as internal development organizations in order to accomplish shared goals.
Work with technical writers and Google partners to translate technical details into clear, concise language that anyone can grasp and ensure consistent use of terms and language across all documentation.
Participate in Customer, Partner, and Internal team activations and training as needed, and travel internationally up to 25% of the time as needed.
Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation to support escalations from client inquiries as well as internal reference inquiries.
