Senior Data Scientist, Resource Efficiency

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, or 3 years with a PhD
• Experience with statistical data analysis and experimental design

Nice to haves:

• 8 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, or 6 years with a PhD
• 4 years of experience as a data scientist
• Experience with machine learning and optimization models
• Strong problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills

What you'll be doing:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance custom forecasting and capacity planning tools
• Lead projects with analysis and modeling, selecting appropriate methods
• Engage with the organization to identify and frame complex challenges
• Translate analysis results into business recommendations
