Principal Staff Software Engineer, Data Systems Integration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages in C++ or Java.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects.
• Experience with SAP database, business processes management (ERP) systems, their architecture and integrations.
• Experience in the design and architecture of investigative or database systems.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AI and AI integrations for data management systems.
• Experience in partnering with industry stakeholders to establish technical architecture and drive integration projects, encompassing the creation of necessary solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects while guiding and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Drive industry partner integrations, optimizing their software performance on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams and industry partners, and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Architect and implement core data warehousing features, including query processing, storage, metadata, and AI.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
