Software Engineer III, Security/Privacy, Core

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 2 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).

Nice to haves:

• Experience in security scanning and AI.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop cutting-edge security scanners, with a focus on securing Google's next generation AI products.
• Bring scanners from partner teams in Google or third party vendors to the AutoVM platform.
• Collaborate across the AutoVM group (60+ and growing) to deliver end-to-end security projects.
• Work across timezones - most notably working with people on the US west coast.
