Experience building conversational applications and contact centre applications
Experience building integrations using one of more of the following languages: Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
Nice to haves:
Experience with contact center technologies and platforms (e.g. Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Mitel, Twilio, Liveperson, etc.) or Cloud Contact Center solutions.
Experience with modern cloud architectures and technologies.
Experience in responding to Request for Information (RFI)/ Request for Proposal (RFP).
Ability to build reusable assets like demos and high level architecture as part of training and enablement programs.
What you'll be doing:
Oversee technical pre-sales activity in establishing technical viability and fit for customers with the Applied AI suite (including conversational agents, agent assist, conversational insights and Google CCaaS).
Build and nurture a community of AI partners and practitioners for Applied AI across EMEA.
Represent EMEA customers, partners and field to influence product direction.
Partner with Customer Engineering leaders, Product leaders, Sales strategy, Developer Advocates and executive leadership to execute the Applied AIt strategy.
