Software Engineer III, AutoVM Infrastructure, Core

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 2 years of experience with developing infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google-scale distributed systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop reliable, high-performance Alphabet-scale infrastructure to support vulnerability scanning operations.
• Work across the AutoVM organization (60+ and growing) to deliver end-to-end security projects.
• Work with stakeholders on other teams to integrate features, scanners, and otherwise make sure AutoVM is delivering the most security impact.
• Work across timezones [US West Coast, in particular].
