Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
2 years of experience building developer tools (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).
Experience using data science or statistical methods to derive insights and solve issues.
Experience with AI/ML-powered feature development and productization.

Nice to haves:

Build AI/ML solutions and tools into development workflows and platforms.
Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs to support AI-powered features.
Evaluate AI models by designing and utilising custom evaluation sets focused on quality, coherence, and safety assessment.
Develop and integrate User Interface (UI) components to surface Artificial Intelligence (AI) insights and suggestions within developer tools.
Contribute to the development of tools and infrastructure that lower the barrier to entry for AI/ML development within the organisation.
