Software Engineer III, Full Stack, AI Fitness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
• Experience with Flume and coLaboratory.
• Experience with Machine Learning.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with sensor algorithms or applied machine learning or applied generative AI.
• Experience with Generative AI Agent, Sensor Fusion, Research or Deep Learning.
• Excellent technical skills in Google’s tools.

What you'll be doing:

• Use Gemini to generate personalised multi-week training plans that move the user toward a fitness goal.
• Develop new algorithms and insights to support users in tracking and optimizing their strength training.
• Develop new algorithms to estimate fitness metrics such as VO2max from our users’ longitudinal fitness data.
• Optimize sensor models to run efficiently on device.
