Software Engineer III, Android

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 2 years of experience with Android application development.

Nice to haves:

• Experience working directly with PM and UX.
• Experience with Power and Performance optimizations on battery operated devices.
• Experience in wearable products.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to design, build, and deploy exciting new Wear OS platform capabilities and features.
• Work with other engineers to continuously improve Wear’s software components and architecture.
• Identify, triage, debug, track and resolve issues in existing code.
