Global Network OSS and Data Communications Lead, Global Submarine Networks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical program management.
• 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
• Experience with enterprise network design and operations in a global environment.

Nice to Haves:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
• 5 years of experience in supervisory roles.
• Excellent leadership, and critical thinking skills to prioritize evolving initiatives in a fluid operational environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive levels.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a team of network operations and data communications engineers.
• Provide operational requirements and feedback loop to development team.
• Work with technology suppliers, security, risk, and compliance teams.
• Manage and monitor network security, access controls, and compliance with industry regulations.
