What you'll be doing:
Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure issues (network, storage, servers, OS, Kubernetes, etc.).
Interact with customers as well as internal development organizations in order to accomplish shared goals.
Participate in customer, partner, and internal team deployments and training which will require international travel.
Deliver train-the-trainer programs to equip Google partners with the knowledge and skills to conduct customer deployments.
Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation to support escalations from client deployments as well as internal reference deployments.
