Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 1 year of experience implementing core machine learning concepts.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and tools, genAI or deep learning.
• Experience in software development, architecture and deploying systems.
• Experience in Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Ability to think of new creative approaches to problems and help our users.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to design and implement scalable, robust and flexible GenAI systems end-to-end.
• Analyze and dive deep into model prompting/training and serving performance to find areas of efficiency while making sure quality is the best it can be.
• Collaborate with Research team partners in Google.
