Software Engineer II, YouTube Studio, Mobile Client Infrastructure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms
• 1 year of experience with iOS application development

Nice to haves:

• Experience with mobile development on iOS
• Experience in developing large-scale client infrastructure
• Experience developing accessible technologies
• Ability to work with different technologies (e.g., Objective-C, Swift, C++)

What you'll be doing:

• Solve technical problems that benefit all YouTube Studio developers, with guidance from team members
• Work with other engineers to identify and resolve release or performance issues
• Support and collaborate with the YouTube Studio developer community
• Develop relationships with many partner teams developing features in the mobile app
• Stay informed with the latest mobile technologies and standard procedures
