Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
1 year of experience with Android application development.

Nice to haves:

Experience developing accessible technologies.
Experience with mobile development.
Experience with Android SDK performance profiling tools and optimization techniques.

What you'll be doing:

Collaborate cross-functionally to design, build, and deploy exciting new Wear OS platform capabilities and features.
Develop Android software in Kotlin and Java.
Work with other engineers to enhance Wear’s software components and architecture.
Identify, triage, debug, track and resolve issues in existing code.
Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
