Software Engineer III, Android, Chrome Identity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
• 2 years of experience with Android application development.

Nice to haves:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop into Chrome's codebase, primarily using C++ and Java.
• Design, implement, debug, and refine new features for Chrome Identity on Android.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Contribute to the code infrastructure and documentation.
• Uphold a high standard for code quality, participating in code reviews and ensuring optimal performance.
• Work with other teams and cross-functional peers (e.g., product managers and UX engineers) to refine the product requirements.
