What you'll be doing:
Solve integration challenges across a range of technical areas including identity, networking, and security.
Identify design, development, integration and deployment friction points for customers, and contribute to or lead solutions teams to work through challenges. Deliver proofs-of-concepts and develop these into production-quality solutions.
Diagnose and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption. Provide expert technical support for integration-related incidents.
Develop automation scripts and tools for deploying, monitoring, and managing integration points, data flows, and associated infrastructure.
Execute a life cycle of planning, designing, and deploying a solution from development and integration, ongoing communications, stakeholder management, and project management.
