Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• Experience with Python and C++

Nice to haves:

• Machine Learning experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and launch new ML models end-to-end for a problem that arises.
• Incorporate ML models of other teams into the team's overall classification/assessment.
• Analyze a situation, e.g. an increase in abuse, or a problem, to come up with a strategy of what is needed.
• Launch experiments in YouTube Search & Discovery and analyze the results.
• Collaborate with analysts and policy owners to improve the policy/reviews/enforcement.
