Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
5 years of overall software engineering or development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.
Experience with mobile application development or Android framework development.

Nice to haves:

Experience programming in one of the following: Kotlin/Java.
Experience with UI/APP design in mobile devices.
Experience in API Design, Android Libraries, Declarative Programming, API Development.

Design and build significant components throughout the stack in Wear OS. Explore and leverage AI technology in products and tools.
Improve engineering efficiency by improving internal frameworks and infrastructure.
Liaise closely with partner teams both within Wear OS and across other Google first-party app teams.
Work effectively in a team environment. Dependability, strong communication skills and the ability to sometimes go the extra mile are all essential aspects of the role.
Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
