Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in C++.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 1.5 years of experience in a leadership role (technical leadership or people management, supervision, or team leadership).

Nice to haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience building user-facing features and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in client-side development (e.g., desktop, Android, iOS) with a continued interest in learning and development in this area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and provide technical guidance to a team of software engineers.
• Work with product managers and UX designers to deliver features to improve the lives of enterprise users.
• Design, develop, test and deploy software features.
• Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.
• Work in the open-source Chromium repository and in internal Google server codebases.
