Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Experience in programming for Android, Java, or Kotlin.

Nice to haves:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
Experience in Android OS.

What you'll be doing:

Collaborate daily with the Android Framework and WindowManager teams, and also with remote teams globally (e.g., the US, Japan, Taiwan, Switzerland).
Build the next set of features and user experiences for large form factors, and manage tests in new product areas.
Work on cutting-edge technology and hardware to drive the future of mobile and desktop computing for Google’s and OEM's flagship devices.
Work on various components of the Android OS, with a primary focus on the WindowManager, which requires strong cross-functional collaboration with teams like Product, UX, Privacy, and Security.
