Bachelor's degree in political science, communications, computer science, data science, history, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience working in a Trust and Safety Operations, data analytics, cybersecurity, or other relevant environment.
Experience in managing sensitive content, child safety, on a daily basis.
Experience in international affairs, social work, child development or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with AI systems, machine learning, and their potential risks.

What you'll be doing:
Lead the delivery of all structured and unstructured assurance evaluations for child safety, covering both model and application layers, covering all modalities and capabilities.
Define the testing and child safety standards applicable, and work with cross-functional (xfn) colleagues, especially those from legal and engineering teams, to ensure these are met.
Perform analyses and drive insights that help develop both model-level and product-level mitigations for child safety and quality.
Lead multiple interdependent projects of high complexity and scope. Work cross-functionally to ensure coordination and alignment on objectives, key results and business priorities.
Manage graphic, controversial, or upsetting content.
