Data Center Technician Apprentice, January 2026 Start (English)

Requirements:

• MBO ICT student level 3 or 4 (middle-level applied education in the Dutch education system; S-BB accreditation: Cloud and Infrastructure Technician or Expert IT systems and devices)
• Experience with operating systems and networking protocols
• Experience with computer hardware and server hardware or troubleshooting/diagnosing
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to communicate with and support English-speaking colleagues

Nice to have:

• Experience in maintenance and monitoring of server systems
• Understanding of Linux operating systems
• Understanding of scripting
• Familiarity with data centers or network operation center environment
• Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges

What you'll be doing:

• Install computing, storage, and networking devices
• Help test and troubleshoot hardware components
• Configure and troubleshoot Linux OS related issues
• Resolve issues with broken equipment with little to no escalation
• Manage ticketing systems
