Software Engineer III, Search Ads, AI/ML

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience with software development in C++ and Python
• 2 years of experience with Distributed Computing
• 1 year of experience with Speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field
• 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing)

Nice to haves:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms
• Experience with TensorFlow, Natural Language Processing, Search Quality, Ad Quality, Information Retrieval, Quantitative Research
• Experience with data science, statistics, natural language processing, computer vision, etc
• Experience developing accessible technologies

What you'll be doing:

• Write product or system development code
• Own projects end-to-end from initial idea to design, analysis, and implementation
• Understand production systems, visualize, monitor, and optimize performance
• Design, build, and deploy models, classifiers, scoring systems to solve business-critical problems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and research in the field
