Staff Data Scientist, Pixel, Product

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or related field
• 10 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, statistical analysis, and coding
• 3 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or related quantitative field
• 12 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, statistical analysis, and coding
• 4 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role

What you'll be doing:

• Manage and work with team members to track and verify software improvements
• Design systems to detect system-level issues and anomalies in consumer populations
• Monitor products to ensure new applications, user behavior, and hardware changes do not cause regressions
• Validate that new software releases enhance customer experiences
• Optimize metrics for data-driven decision-making
