Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in DWDM, TCP/IP, or system design operations methodology.
Experience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environment.

Nice to haves:

Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Layer 1 optical transmissions systems, layer 3 routing TCP/IP, wireless networking, network design, or operations.

Execute and troubleshoot capacity workflows for edge devices to deliver end-to-end connectivity across the global network.
Translate common network solutions into scalable Bills of Materials (BOMs) and detailed design packages to enable technical deployment.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, peering, and project management, to identify risks and solve deployment issues in advance.
Drive continuous process improvement and automation efforts to enhance network build quality, performance, and delivery intervals.
Create and update implementation plans and technical documentation while providing leadership and guidance during deployment activities.
