Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering, Traffic Trust

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• 2 years of experience leading projects and providing technical leadership.

Nice to haves:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience in SRE, software development, network security, or other role-aligned functions.

What you'll be doing:

• Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
• Build, test and maintain security relevant services and supporting infrastructure such as monitoring and distributed configuration delivery systems.
• Provide consulting services to product aligned teams on DoS/crypto/privacy proxy, general security, capacity, and reliability topics.
• Be a part of an on-call rotation to respond to significant incidents in the European time zone.
• Serve binaries that are typically written in C++, but supporting infrastructure/tools include golang, Python, and various domain-specific languages.
