Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture

Nice to haves

5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
Experience in Education or Education-adjacent role
Excellent cross-team and cross-functional collaboration skills

What You'll Be Doing

Assess the accuracy of technical training material by collaborating across Google's engineering organization with a focus on SRE and Google Cloud platform/tools and infrastructure (GCP/TI)
Simplify technical information into learning objectives and learning tasks
Collaborate with a learning designer to create a training flow that will lead students through the material optimally
Conduct needs analysis and design scalable interactive learning solutions; develop codelabs and other interactive materials that satisfy learning objectives
Evaluate, design, and implement a global capability development (GCD) training delivery system that can scale to multiple partners
