What you'll be doing:
Define data center system-level, product architecture, and Research and Development, while helping to develop operations and maintenance procedures for systems/processes.
Localize system-level architectures for new Data Center designs and products and ensure designs and installations meet requirements (e.g., predicted cooling, structural, operational concerns, etc.).
Synthesize and report on regional constraints, requirements, and best practices in Data Center design and constructability.
Coordinate between local engineering execution teams, construction and site acquisition partner teams, and central (i.e., U.S. based) R&D Engineering leads.
Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
