Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
7 years of experience with Android application development.
5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.

Nice to Haves:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
Experience partnering, including cross-company with a broad technical domain and strategic area, solving ambiguous issues at Google-scale.

Define the technical road-map, own the strategy and delivery for the ecosystem, and articulate the vision across OEMs, partners, carriers, and users, while solving fragmentation and Go-To-Market (GTM) issues.
Drive the AI architecture and strategy, incorporating AI selectively and effectively into the product, with a technical stack.
Partner with Android Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), developers, and teams across Android and Google. Possess over the user experience, and manage holistic excellence through the team's technical execution.
Manage executive sponsors and senior leadership, ensure the team executes according to their expectations, and confirm that all reviews and communications are high-quality and effective.
