Software Engineer III, Agent Observability, Security and Privacy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree
• 2 years of experience with building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management)
• Experience with GoogleSQL and building data pipeline
• Experience with developing software applications using Python and Java
• Experience with applications and services for data analysis, visualization, exploration, and management protocols and technologies

Nice to Haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
• Experience with next-generation monitoring stack
• Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., Agent Development Kit (ADK)/Orcas, Agency, Molecular Adsorbent Recirculating System (MaRS)) architecture and codebases
• Experience with programming in one or more of the following languages: C++, Kotlin
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agents and Large Language Models, with focus on architecture

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop capabilities and maintain Agent Signals
• Convert disparate metrics into visualizations through dedicated dashboards
• Build infrastructure to detect and mitigate rogue agent risk
• Develop observability for major agentic frameworks
