Senior Engineering Manager - Account Management

Requirements:

• Believe in the guiding principals and People and Product over Process philosophy
• Use technical expertise to build a strong engineering culture based on HubSpot engineering principles
• Have a bias for action and can make difficult decisions to unblock teams
• Inspire the team to build great products while maintaining work-life balance
• Show deep empathy for team members, minimizing unnecessary toil and friction

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set the direction and bring clarity for 6-7 small teams in alignment with the HubSpot product strategy
• Bring a strong technical perspective along with an understanding of customers and product strategy to your group's leadership team
• Partner with peers to advance software development and delivery infrastructure
• Hold a high performance bar for your team, mentor reports, and contribute to diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
• Communicate mission and culture to candidates, actively participate in attracting talent to the team
