Staff Software Engineer, Backend - Attract & Engage (Remote within UK)

Requirements:

• A passion for clean, scalable code and for product feature development and product innovation
• Experience working closely with, and contributing ideas and feedback to, product management and designers
• Excitement for big technical challenges and understanding business and go-to-market strategies
• Data analysis skills and willingness to collaborate with ops and analytics teams
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team to solve problems and develop overall product architecture
• Coaching and mentorship experience
• Successful track record in partnering with recruiting to build exceptional engineering teams
