Senior Engineering Manager - Academy (Remote within Ireland)

Requirements:

• Believes in guiding principles and People and Product over Process philosophy
• Can build an engineering culture based on HubSpot engineering principles
• Experience working in education, LMS, or Marketplace domains
• Experience in search, recommendation, and generative AI spaces
• Has a bias for action and is willing to make difficult decisions

• Bringing a technical perspective to your group's leadership
• Advancing software development and delivery infrastructure
