Requirements:

• A Tech Lead is a player-coach responsible for leading a small team.
• Recognized as high-performing engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and other Tech Leads to define and share relevant goals.
• Work across teams with other TLs to resolve cross-team issues.
• Proactively take ownership of team's on-call health and product reliability.
• Interest and opinion in the product direction.
• Creating and fostering diverse teams and an inclusive culture.
• Strong senior engineer experience leading small teams using Java.
• Open to experimentation and new ways of doing things.
• Customer-centric attitude and can develop opinions about products.
• Understanding of building reliable systems in a complex architectural space.
