Staff Business Systems Analyst

Requirements

• Experience driving and implementing projects from start to finish
• Strong insights into translating business needs into a development roadmap
• Ability to balance company priorities and system health improvements
• Experience working with software teams and managing integrations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with data analysis, SQL/Looker experience is a plus
• Adaptability and demonstrated proficiency in navigating ambiguity
• Empathy for customers and end-users
• Strong technical acumen for troubleshooting

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for efficiency within Buying/CPQ space
• Build strong partnerships with product management, engineering, and UX/UI designers
• Become a subject matter expert in Buying systems, own ticketing support processes
• Work directly with leadership to build out strategic focus and maintain company priorities
• Relentlessly focus on scalability, impact, and stakeholder usability
• Use data to influence change and prioritize feature changes aligning with company goals
• Work under pressure on major strategic initiatives
