Senior Software Engineer I, Frontend - Growth Acquisition

Requirements

• Strong experience building front-end applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where experimentation drives learning
• Build for performance, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience working with APIs and collaborating with back-end engineers
• Proactive collaborators who enjoy working closely with cross-functional partners
• Take ownership of work and excited to see it impact customers and business growth
• Bring a growth mindset and eagerness to share knowledge, mentor, and learn

What you'll be doing

• Design and build scalable, user-friendly front-end applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in React, TypeScript, and other modern web technologies
• Contribute to front-end architecture and design decisions
• Mentor and support other engineers on the team
• Use data and experimentation to guide product decisions
• Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and performance in the customer experience

Nice to have

• Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing frameworks
• Knowledge of front-end build tools, CI/CD, and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with customer acquisition, onboarding, or growth-focused product development
