Senior Business Systems Analyst

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, or rapidly changing environments.
• Effective collaborator and communicator—able to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Customer and process obsessed; relentless about efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and detail orientation.
• Passion for solving complex systems challenges, especially in CPQ domains.
• Technical skills (SQL, data analysis tools, understanding APIs/integrations) and comfort learning new software.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in AI and automation is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with your BSA team and individual Buying product teams to streamline internal Quoting and Buying motions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes and product reliability.
• Act as an expert in comprehensive/complex system use cases, perform user acceptance testing and training for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning quoting, approvals, legal, and checkout processes.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making by surfacing insights from key operational inputs.
• Proactively communicate status, risks, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
