Engineering Lead, Flywheel Partner Product

Requirements:

• Have at least 6 years of professional software engineering experience using Java, with 2 years of experience managing the day-to-day technical operations teams.
• Have the ability to get into deep technical discussions and implementation details.
• Experience building AI products using various frameworks and services.
• High bar for building outstanding products with engineering best practices.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Actively involved as a player-coach in building software.
• Coach engineers and build autonomous teams.
• Provide technical vision for product implementation.
• Work across teams to ensure the best solutions for customers.
• Cultivate a strong product vision and alignment with Product Managers and Designers.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in AI product development using specific technologies.
• Prefer to work in a hands-on builder role coding in Java.
