What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a team of engineers with autonomy and experimentation
• Spend ~60% of time hands-on setting technical direction
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities
• Guide the team through rapid iteration cycles
• Mentor and grow engineers, shaping a culture of curiosity and empathy
• Implement experiments to generate insights on user behavior
