What you'll be doing

• End-to-end ownership of new features, initiated by engineers
• Collaborate closely with CS reps to understand needs and iterate rapidly
• Build backend systems (Java required) and contribute across the stack when needed
• Partner with data scientists to surface insights and build intelligence into workflows
• Embrace a "ship to learn" mindset using experimentation and feedback
