Staff Software Engineer

Requirements

• Extensive backend experience designing distributed systems at scale
• Comfortable working with technologies such as Java, MySQL, AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, or similar
• Deeply user-focused and empathetic
• Excited about leveraging AI and data science in practical applications
• Experience leading high-value, cross-team initiatives

• Define and evolve the architecture of engagement and orchestration systems
• Lead the design of scalable, reliable, event-driven systems
• Identify long-term technical investments for product and business growth
• Write and ship production code with measurable impact
• Partner with various stakeholders and mentor engineers
