Senior Full-Stack Kotlin Engineer (Kineto)

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience building commercial software in Kotlin, Java, Swift, or similar languages
• Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and design principles
• Expertise or strong interest in AI-assisted development
• Experience in cross-functional teams and clear communication skills
• Boundary-pushing mindset

What you'll be doing

Platform and backend engineering

• Design, implement, and evolve Kotlin and Spring Boot microservices
• Build resilient distributed systems running on GKE, Knative, Flux, and more
• Architect and optimize multi-tenant data models
• Implement high-performance features using advanced technologies

Full-stack development

• Build user-facing features for the Kineto app builder
• Work across React and TypeScript frontends
• Contribute to component library, UX flows, and developer tooling

Operational excellence

• Drive performance tuning across the platform
• Solve real operational challenges

AI-powered app generation

• Build and improve the LLM-based generation pipeline
• Design entropy-safe, cache-friendly templates
• Collaborate on prompt design and deterministic generation

Technical leadership

• Own major architectural roadmap items
• Mentor other engineers and collaborate with product teams

Nice to haves

• Experience with cross-platform frameworks and mobile app development
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
• Experience in Compose Multiplatform or IDE/plugin development
